
I've also told Sharon that I would participate with her in a weight loss effort. Monday is our check in day so here I am. :0) My goal is to lose 15 pounds. I haven't set a time frame, but I guess I would like to have it gone by the start of summer. I started today with eating in a more healthy manner than I have been (read: I didn't have cookies for breakfast). I need to squeeze exercise into my daily (or every other day if I'm honest) activities so that's another goal there. Okay, it's out there now so I have to actually make the effort. :0)
