I hope everyone gets their week off to a great start. Over the weekend I signed up for a great swap over at Creative Kismet for the 'birds of change'. I'm excited about it and have come up with exactly what I want to make only to change my mind about ten times already. lol If you want to participate head on over but hurry, because sign ups end on Jan. 9th. I've also told Sharon that I would participate with her in a weight loss effort. Monday is our check in day so here I am. :0) My goal is to lose 15 pounds. I haven't set a time frame, but I guess I would like to have it gone by the start of summer. I started today with eating in a more healthy manner than I have been (read: I didn't have cookies for breakfast). I need to squeeze exercise into my daily (or every other day if I'm honest) activities so that's another goal there. Okay, it's out there now so I have to actually make the effort. :0)

Hey great job Taryn. I'm checking and see that you did your Monday post. Way to go and I'm glad cookies werent on the breakfast menu.
i joined sharon too... but i have a lot more to lose than 15 lbs. good job on no cookies for breakfast. i have a pedometer and my goal is 10,000 steps a day - which usually means pacing for about an hour at night... but it's a daily tangible thing to get you to move!
