I forgot to calculate my average this morning. But I think it will probably say that I am up a pound or two. I'm retaining water like mad (Thank! You! PMS!) But, it is on the downside. At one point during the week I was up 4 pounds!! Talk about feeling bloated....I couldn't even take my wedding ring off. I did pretty good on the eating but this week I know I'll do even better. Wednesday starts Lent and I've decided to give up sugar. That should be a shock to my system. lol

I don't know what my problem is, but I want to lose weight and cannot get motivated to start!. I seriously need to lose like 50 pounds, just to feel sort of normal. lol. Any words of wisdom for me? I wake up every morning and go for coffee at Starbucks, only a regular coffee, so nothing with calories. Sometimes I do the scones, so I'm trying not to do that anymore lol. For lunch I get stuck in a rut because now that I'm working f/t all the girls go to lunch. And there I am, bringing my meal from home. It's hard not to go with them ya know? So i end up caving at lunch time. Yesterday was Panda Express... lol. Today I'm going to try to stick to my guns and just eat my lunch I bring in. Lent is a good time to give up sugar, I might just try that.that is my downfall.
